Application Process & Waiting List

APPLICATION PROCESS

Applicants can expect a letter of approval or denial within 2-3 weeks of application date. If you have not received a letter after 3 weeks please call the office to discuss your application.

Applicants are not considered approved until receipt of approval letter.

If you have received an approval letter you may call to find out your placement on our waiting list. Please, do not call to ask your placement until AFTER you have received an approval letter.

Please note that if you are denied housing you have the option to request a hearing with our director within 10 days of the date on your letter.

If you fail to request a hearing within 10 days, your application will become inactive and you will be required to reapply for housing consideration.

YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED WITHOUT ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION!

It is your responsibility to upload and attach all required documentation.
